TESTIMONIALS

★★★★★

Sheila White is the most effective real estate agent I have worked with. Before we took on Sheila, our Brookline home sat on the market for more than one year with two agents. Sheila came in with a clear and compelling marketing plan. Rather than lower the price, she proposed to organize a set of low-cost, high-impact fixes to the basement, kitchen, and exterior that she believed were turning potential buyers away.

Because we were overseas during the process, she served in essence as a general contractor, drawing on her extensive contacts with half a dozen subcontractors and coordinating their work. She then organized staging for the house, which was unfurnished at this point, paying close attention to small but important details—a light fixture here, a mirror over there. Thanks to her diligence, the upgrades and staging were completed in a remarkably short span of two months and the house went under contract about a month after listing. If I had another house to sell in Brookline, I can’t imagine turning to anyone else.
